My order number is 492306 and it's already been almost 2 months since it was received by hhv, but i still didn't get anything. I've been sending "questions" about this order for more than two weeks and i just keep being ignored by administration of hhv. No explanation, no money, no order, just nothing.

Anyway, 8 days ago i wrote to hhv that i want refund but still I didn't get any answer from them. Kinda disrespectful attitude to customers, i think

I'm from Russia and the only phone that i have is a mobile one. Do you know how much does it cost to call to germany and sit on the line, waiting for hhv manager to answer? Plus i was contacted by hhv worker via email (~ month ago), he asked asked me if i want a refund and i agreed. And still nothing happened
