How works prepaid at HHV

I have a question i'm from the netherlands and i want to order something from HHV online and i dont have a credit card..? How does prepaid work is that something like ideal..?

use paypal...that´s the quickest and most comfortable way

if you dont use paypal, make an international money transfer or choose to take mamas card ?
if you cant ? contact hhv on phone, fax or e-mail. speak plain english and I'm pretty sure they'll answer within a week.
